The Voice Within

This 6 week online journey is intended to support the activation, alchemisation and integration of our voice, bringing a sense of empowerment to really know what it is to embody our voice as a whole, to know what it feels like to sing from that place of deep inner knowing, that place of feeling free in our voice and in ourselves to be able to move into true wholeness.
This journey will take us through our body, gently opening each of our layers one by one.
We will meet each week for 3 hours and play with new practices to connect with our voice together.
We will then have the opportunity and space to take these practices in to our week, get to know them more deeply, journal with them and learn to really listen to what it is that our voice needs to be able to come in to our true connection, with full trust and expansion.
This workshop will have a focus on creating new pathways to be able to connect with the intimacy of our voice, to bring a sense of ease on how to connect with our voice and to take away these practices in to our life. The more we open our voice and the more we connect, the more this will ripple out in to our life.
It will allow us to create a deeper listening to ourselves and all that we embody. It will allow us to alchemise our words in a way that is precise, present, and true.
Through activating the voice, we start to recognise and re-establish a deep sense of connection to our voice. This is about regaining an intimate connection and curiosity with your voice, learning to love and listen to what is and what wants to come through.
We are creating a bridge of the soul for deeper listening, creating the space we need to allow the freedom of our voice through.
This is a process of self-discovery on the most intimate level. Our voice holds the key to so much freedom and connection to ourselves and to the spirit world. It is our vessel of creation.

What we will be doing, a brief overview of the topics, week by week:
Week 1 - Calling it in and coming home to ourselves through the voice - A self-enquiry into the relationship we have with our voice
Week 2 - Reigniting the flame, Meeting with the Spirit of your Voice, Vocal Embodiment practices
Week 3 - Voice of the Heart - Surrender to the softness
Week 4 - Voice of the Womb - Diving deep into the waters of our voice
Week 5 - Voice of our Ancestors - Reconnecting to those who have come before us (Special Guest)
Week 6 - The voice of prayer - Cacao Ceremony, Gratitude and Song Sharing.
Each week we will have an integration and question circle. This will be held on Thursday evenings between 1900-2000 GMT UK Time
